Domaine de L'Enchantoir
Nestled in the heart of the Saumur region, the L'Enchantoir estate has been home to several generations of winegrowers since the 19th century, who have cultivated its clay-limestone soils. Fabienne, Jean-Michel Brunet, and their daughter Amandine work their 17 hectares of vineyards with passion and dedication, on soils typical of the region, known as Tuffeau.
Certified organic since 2016, Chenin, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc are cultivated in accordance with the traditions of the L'Enchantoir estate, preserving the richness of the terroir and constantly improving the quality of the vintages.
The wines of the Domaine de l'Enchantoir are vinified using a combination of traditional know-how and modern technology. Aged in the troglodyte cellars that wind beneath the village, the vintages benefit from optimal storage and preservation.
