"As its name suggests, this cuvée was born on a refuge for deer, who come to nibble the Cabernet Franc grapes planted here on the foothills of the Brossay plateau, on ancient flint and iron soils. These grapes have produced a superb wine with a devilishly greedy fruitiness, structured without excess by fine tannins well set in tender, silky flesh. An exquisite, perfectly balanced wine that will delight both in its youth and after a little ageing. (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2025).
