"This red Saumur is an irresistible explosion of fruit!"

"As its name suggests, this cuvée was born in a place of refuge for deer, who come here to nibble on the Cabernet Franc grapes planted on the foothills of the Brossay plateau, on ancient flint and iron soils. These grapes have produced this superb wine with its devilishly delicious fruitiness, structured without excess by fine tannins well integrated into a tender and silky body. An exquisite, perfectly balanced ensemble that will delight both in its youth and after a little aging." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2025).
