"Since 2017, the Gazeau family have been offering tours of their vineyards in horse-drawn carriages. It's a healthy activity, and one that will be enhanced by the tasting of this admirable half-Cabernet Franc, half-Cabernet Sauvignon rosé. The color is crystal-clear and brilliant, the nose elegant and intense, with hints of blueberry and red fruit. On the palate?
