(Decanter) A complex, harmonious cuvée from an ancient plot selection, surrounding the Château of the same name. Ready to drink, it goes well with fish such as sea bass with citrus fruit or red mullet with herbs.

Alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels, after static cold settling. Malolactic fermentation not carried out to preserve tension.
Breeding
12 months on fine lees, in 228L new oak barrels (10%) and from 1 to 8 wines, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Regular stirring of the lees.
