This Espumante is aged in the traditional way, where riddling is still done by hand, on wooden desks. The patience and care lavished on each bottle produce a cuvée full of bubbles, flavors and pleasure! A beautiful presence of fruit, fine, airy bubbles for a harmonious, elegant wine.
