About the wine:

Branco da Gaivosa 2021 is a blend of 20% Malvasia Fina, 40% Rabigato, 20% Viosinho and 20% Gouveio, aged for four months in a 70/30 blend of stainless steel and well-used French oak. It has an alcohol content of 12.6%. Savory and spicy, it's wonderfully fresh with a hint of lime. A little tense too, it should be an excellent summer refreshment. If it drinks very well now, it can also age very well. 2022-2029

Very light yellow-green with silver highlights. Fine hint of peppermint, green apple, touch of lime. Light, fresh and crisp, with a touch of salt on the finish, a lively aperitif.
