Domaine de la Bégude
The vines are cultivated using ECOCERT-certified organic methods, and harvested by hand. Red wines are produced from a large majority of Mourvèdre grapes and aged in barrels, while rosé wines are made from pressed and bled grapes. As for the white wines, made mainly from Clairette, with a touch of Ugni Blanc and Rolle, they constitute only a micro-production.

In its simplest form, Cuvée Thyrsus is vinified using the natural method, without added sulfur or filtration, and aged for 6 months in amphora.
