A fresh, gastronomic cuvée, this Fantastique blanc is full-bodied and rich. Composed entirely of Rolle, the nose is expressive of citrus, pear and apricot, enhanced by a zest of lemon. The palate is generous with white-fleshed fruit. A perfect accompaniment to fish, vol-au-vent, mushrooms or goat's cheese.

"It has to be said that the estate has hit the nail on the head with this classy rosé, where the finesse of the body on the palate perfectly matches the aromatic depth.
