"An exceptional gourmet rosé!
Mysterious and complex, this tête de cuvée offers the noblest expression of the estate's pure schist plots, highlighting the "La Londe" terroir. The result of meticulous work and selection of the finest juices, Confidentielle boasts impressive minerality, followed by a full, vinous mouthfeel. The finish is long, delicate, delicately peppery and licorice-like.

Tasting & pairing
Eye
A rose-gold colour with many golden highlights
Nose
The aromatic bouquet is both rich and elegant, with initial mineral and iodine notes reminiscent of the estate's seaside location, followed by delicate scents of peppery rose, lychee and candied citrus, and refined touches of sweet spices such as vanilla and cardamom to complete the picture.
Mouth
Consistent with the nose, offering finesse and delicacy from the first sip, the balance is perfect between mineral freshness, salinity and volume, fullness and fatness of the wine, the fruity finish very greedy and fleshy persists to be very refreshing with its mineral notes and citrus zests.

Côtes de Provence
Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (2020 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
This is one of Provence's most famous estates. It belongs to the Combard family, who manage this 85-hectare estate, 30 hectares of which are leased. The vines, located on the seashore in schistose soil, have been grown organically since 1979. We are currently in the process of converting everything to biodynamic viticulture. We welcome this commitment, which is no easy task for an estate of this size. While the wines are one of Provence's best-known assets, the family also goes to great lengths to welcome visitors, and during the summer months offers a cultural program well worth the detour.
