The estate's flagship cuvée, Excellence rosé delivers substance and freshness in a complex rosé that's ready for the table. Powerful, charming aromas, with exotic and citrus notes, express themselves in a generous, elegant palate. The slightly mineral finish brings vivacity and saline length.

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (2019 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))
About the domain :
Already owner of Quinta do Pessegueiro in the Douro region, Roger Zannier aims to make Château Saint-Maur one of the finest references in Provence. Located 10 kilometers from Saint-Tropez, protected from the Mistral by the Maures mountains, the vineyard enjoys an east-west exposure. Sheltered from the winds but benefiting from a maritime influence that tempers the intense summer heat, it extends over 60 hectares, 45 of which are currently farmed. On clay-limestone soil, the vines follow the curve of the hills, gradually rising to the edge of the forest. Since 2013, the estate has been equipped with a new high-tech winery, as well as a new sales area. Here, art makes a successful foray into the winery, with temporary exhibitions by original, cutting-edge artists.
