Quentin Hellera wine and winemaking enthusiast, has a wealth of experience under his belt. After a successful career change and a Master's degree in Viticulture and Oenology, he held the position of Export Director for a dynamic brand of Rhône wines. In 2018, he founded his own company, Adionis, a wine and spirits sales agency bringing together over 70 estates in France and abroad.

Finally, his latest project, Heller Vins, is a way of crossing over to the other side and giving free rein to his ideas, beyond that of a simple wine merchant. Quentin Heller wanted to think of this new experience as a laboratory of ideas, an outlet, a space of total freedom. " Heller is not just about putting a name on a bottle, but above all about offering producers access to a laboratory of ideas, dedicated to creativity, to new and enriching collaborations, to the impulses of the heart, without fear of risk, pushing back our limits."

The very first series in this project is called "Anarchie": "The Anarchie range certainly represents my audacity and my spirit of pleasure and freedom. This translates into wines that are assertive yet fresh and sulfur-free. Grenache and Syrah are harvested from selected plots of vines that express their terroir and varietal characteristics. Often confused with Chaos, Anarchy is in fact the liberation of human beings from all forms of domination, while respecting the earth and each other."

"Expressive and elegant, it offers ripe black cherries, supple, powdery tannins and a touch of cocoa, as well as a peppery note in addition to the violet present on the nose. A fine representation of Grenache, very well balanced this year". (Decanter 2022) A 100% Grenache harvested from a selection of a single parcel, with a raw expression of terroir and varietal characteristics.
