Domaine La Vitalis
Domaine la Vitalis is a fine representative of the Cairanne appellation. On the left bank of the Rhône, in the heart of the Vaucluse region, the village of Cairanne shares a superb hill with Rasteau, whose slopes are composed of a poor, very stony soil known by local winegrowers as "garrigues".

Owned by the Jubain family, Domaine la Vitalis has been cultivating 40 hectares of vines for several generations: an average age of 75 years, with century-old Grenache and 60-year-old Syrah, where the soils are ploughed and not weeded.

Patrice Jubain works his wines in a very traditional way, with no yeast, no cold fermentation, and 100% in concrete vats. Domaine la Vitalis wines bring out the "solid" side of Cairanne, with plenty of fruit and power.

Patrice Jubain works his wines in a very traditional way, without yeast or cold fermentation, 100% in concrete tanks. Very expressive on the nose, this Cairanne offers plenty of fruit and power, and a round, silky mouth, accompanied by a very seductive aromatic complexity. A wonderful discovery that will delight you with summer grills!
