Domaine Raspail-Ay red Gigondas is available for tasting 2 years after the grape harvest. Domaine Raspail-Ay has been a family estate for 5 generations, with 18 hectares of vines, now managed by Dominique Ay. The single plot of land surrounds the Domaine Raspail-Ay winery, which is located at the entrance to Gigondas. The east-west-facing clay-limestone soil supports the appellation's main grape varieties (Grenache noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre), which are on average 45 years old. In keeping with the estate's tradition of cultivation, adapted over time to the remarkable natural conditions, the wine produced on the estate is exclusively AOC Gigondas (red and rosé), in keeping with the expression of the terroir.
