Visit Vignerons du Mont Ventoux, at the foot of the Mont Ventoux in Bedoin benefit from an exceptional natural site with a wide variety of terroirs. The vineyards stretch across the foothills of the Ventoux on 5 communes (Bedoin, Saint Pierre de Vassol, Flassan, Crillon-le-Brave, Modène), and on a territory located in the UNESCO protected "biosphere zone". In all, the Cave des Vignerons du Mont VentouxFounded in 1924, the cooperative now has more than 110 members, covering a total surface area of 1,000 hectares.

The Vignerons du Mont Ventoux work the vines in a very hot, dry and ventilated climate (mistral almost constant). The specificity of this region: a landscape of plains and valleys on one side, contrasted by the "giant of Provence", Mont Ventoux, culminating at 1912 meters and contributing to the formation of microclimates. This diversity of climates brings out different nuances in the wines.

Les Vignerons du Mont Ventoux offer a wide range of IGP Méditerranée and appellation Ventoux wines. In this southern part of the Rhône Valley, the Grenache grape is king. Red wines are usually complemented by syrah, mourvèdre, cinsault and carignan. White wines are made from clairette, bourboulenc, grenache blanc, roussanne, viognier and ugni blanc.

This harmonious, fruity Viognier evokes exotic and orchard fruits, tinged with floral notes. The palate is voluminous and ample, with controlled acidity and an explosion of flavors on the palate. An accessible, easy-drinking white!
