"Unveils a floral bouquet of vine blossom and citrus notes".
"This 100% Grenache Gris, born on schist, vinified and aged in oak barrels, made a strong impression. Its attractive, brilliant, limpid pale color, its elegant nose of vanilla, lemon and fresh butter, and above all its full, round, fresh and very fine palate, with admirable length. A racy white, to be reserved for a choice dish, a truffled scallop tartar for example". (Le Guide Hachette 2024)

PARCE Frères wines are as appealing as ever, as is this Gem , as subtle as it is refined. Beautiful freshness and great volume on the palate thanks to a pleasant aromatic intensity with its floral and citrus notes, counterbalanced by a touch of fatness and a long acidic persistence, nuanced by delicate bitters. Q.R./P. hard to beat. For a great spring feast with friends, this delicate white was chosen to magnify a bacon-filled cargolade with its aioli. Score = 4.1.

A wonderful discovery from this estate, with a nose of white flowers and citrus fruit. Long on the palate with a gentle bitterness. Ideal as an aperitif, with fish or scallops. A white wine to have in your cellar that I think can age easily.
