"A burst of freshness!"
A very interesting white with notes of brioche and white flowers. The greediness of the nose is enveloped by a breath of freshness and minerality on the palate. Great as an aperitif or with fish risotto!

Guide Hachette des vins
Domain rated (guide 2024) Guide Vert (The wines of this producer are regularly rewarded by the guide)
About the domain :
A discreet family estate located in Maury, the domaine has been in the hands of the two brothers Florent and Mathieu Semper since 2015. The 27-hectare parcel of land is mainly spread over the black schists of Maury and the granitic arenas of Lesquerde. The two winegrowers have built up this attractive heritage by buying up some domains doomed to abandonment, with beautiful, somewhat neglected vineyards at altitude.
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Wine rated (2025 guide) 91/100
About the wine:
Regain is a little fuller and honeyed on the nose and attack, then refocuses on the finish, with good length held together by its fine bitters.

Note and review by M. GILLES D. Published on 30/07/2024
Rich and complex, the palate matches the nose, revealing buttery aromas, followed by essences of garrigue and notes of fruit and white flowers. Ample and nicely textured, it extends to a round, deep finish, accompanied by a benevolent mineral freshness. Average Q.P. Regain's sapid profile and fine underlying acidity make it an ideal companion for pan-fried fillets of Saint-Pierre with tomato/basil sauce and crunchy sun vegetables. Score = 4.
