Les Terres de Fagayra
The estate vineyard Les Terres de Fagayra includes 6 hectares of old vines on the northern edge of the Maury appellation, on two types of soil: pure schist and calco-schist, remarkable for the presence of highly decomposed bedrock less than a meter deep.
Dedicated exclusively to the production of Vins Doux Naturels d'Appellation Maury, work in the vineyard has included shallow ploughing and organic treatments since 2009. In 2011, Les Terres de Fagayra obtains Qualité France certification for organic conversion and biodynamic viticulture for the entire vineyard.

A Maury of fine intensity, with notes of morello cherry, blackberry, candied fruit and cocoa, a tannic, well-structured cuvée with a sensation of fruit that you crunch... Very tasty!
