"JJ Prum's Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett 2011 carries us towards scents of minty blackcurrant and golden apple. However, the sweetness of these notes is not apparent on the palate. Baked apple skin and grapefruit zest take over, leading to bittersweet flavors and a delicate finish.
