"The 2017 Riesling Bernkasteler Badstube Auslese ** (Green Capsule) is a stunning wine that displays a luminous, fairly pale lemon color and opens with a super-precise, refined and beautifully reductive bouquet of perfectly ripe, healthy Riesling berries intertwined with very fine aromas of crushed slate. It's astonishing in its clarity, brightness and crisp Moselle character! On the palate, it's a very elegant, spicy and well-structured Badstube Auslese that perfectly combines ripeness, concentration and finesse. The wine is both rich and filigree, well-structured yet stimulatingly racy, crystalline and beautifully fine, with a long, crisp finish." (Wine Advocate 2019)

Bright, limpid lemon-yellow color. Rich, complex nose with notes of lemon and green apple. Fine, racy palate with hints of green apple. Delicious
