A fascinating beauty in the making. Lively and dashing on the palate despite its richness and with a lemony note and a firm, enduringly salty mineral grip for structure, this full-bodied WSU is a highly refined, elegant dry Auslese with an extremely stimulating finish. Although the 2019 already tastes very good, I wouldn't drink it until it's 20 or even 30 years old, simply because the wine will become even more complex." (Wine Advocate 2021)
