"Molitor's lemon-gold Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese ** 2019 opens with spectacular dense, intense tropical fruit aromas that become increasingly fine and detailed and slatey with air. A fascinating beauty in the making. Lively and dashing on the palate despite its richness and with a lemony note and a firm, lastingly salty mineral grip for structure, this full-bodied WSU is a highly refined, elegant dry Auslese with an extremely stimulating finish. Although the 2019 already tastes very good, I wouldn't drink it until it's 20 or even 30 years old, simply because the wine will become even more complex." (Wine Advocate 2021)

Exceptional wine. Different from Alsatian Rieslings. To be tried at least once.
