It should be opened at least 1 hour in advance to degas and reveal as little as possible. Easy to drink, with fairly fluid acidity and pleasant green pear notes. The problem: a severe headache after 2 glasses. Eliminatory!

A little acidic, very fruity (intense aromas) but lacks refinement and minerality. I'd say it's a pleasant thirst-quenching wine, well-suited to an aperitif or with fish. drink now.
