About the domain :
Established in the heart of Alsace's wine-growing region, at the foot of the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, the family has been marketing its wine since 1958. Today, the Engel brothers manage 19.5 ha of vines, a large part of which is located in the Praelatenberg Grand Cru. Hubert is in charge of the vines, Christian in the cellar. The estate has been certified organic since 2014.

For lovers of very dry whites (who could put 5 * here)... personally I prefer a little more roundness and a more expressive nose.
