Cold maceration (10 to 30% whole clusters) for 2 to 10 days (below 10°C), fermentation in new French oak barrels (225 to 500 liters) for 17 to 28 days, temperature kept low, indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation also in barrels and on lees and sediments.

Aged for 15 to 18 months in French oak barrels (second and third fill)

Deep and concentrated, with aromas of dried violet, plum, and blueberry, complemented by subtle smoky and chocolatey nuances.

Mouth

Velvety and creamy, the aromas echo on the nose and are masterfully balanced with a soft structure and vibrant energy. The mellow, integrated tannins accompany us to a long and elegant finish.
