"This may well be the best dry white wine ever produced in Beaujolais... (James Suckling) "
" [...]. This may well be the best dry white wine ever produced in Beaujolais. The fascinating nose of chamomile and fresh garden herbs draws you gently into the creamy, medium-bodied palate of marvelous delicacy. The interplay of silky acidity and fine limestone minerality gives the long finish a charisma rare in white wines from this region. Produced from two parcels planted on clay-limestone soil near the village of Blace". (James Suckling 2024)

Expert opinion
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine noté Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list, and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
In just a few vintages, the duo of Sébastien Dupré and Guillaume Goujon have asserted their confident, ambitious style. Long-time friends, they honed their skills with Frédéric Pourtalié at the Montcalmès estate for eight years, replacing cousin Vincent Guizard. After a few experiments, they signed their first vintage in 2015, with the emblematic cuvée 6.3.1 made from a blend of their parcels (60% L'Héronde, 30% Le Pavé, 10% Brûlhier).
