Domaine des Nugues was bought by Gérard Gelin in 1976, and is now run by his son Gilles. Domaine des Nugues spearheads the Beaujolais-Villages appellation, but also produces wines in the Morgon, Fleurie and Beaujolais appellations... The Domaine des Nugues vineyard comprises some 33 hectares of vines located in northern Beaujolais, bordering the Moulin-à-Vent, Fleurie and Morgon crus.
