"Freshness, fullness and persistence".

"Poncié's generous style is perfectly suited to this chardonnay born under the sign of the freshness of 2021. Combining hot and cold, we find notes of roasted pineapple, granny apple and rock. The palate is full and creamy, with invigorating acidity punctuated by good length. (RVF Guide 2025)

About the wine:

What a lovely nose of ripe pear and white flowers for this excellent Chardonnay from the heart of Beaujolais! And the touch of toasted oak really adds complexity to this elegant, medium-bodied wine. Long finish with lots of white flower character. Made from organically grown grapes. For drinking or cellaring.
