"Inspired by the subtle, harmonious structure of Clarence Dillon's whites".

"Clarendelle Blanc's bouquet is immediately fresh, with notes of grapefruit and lime zest. Slightly creamy on the attack, the wine is sapid, fresh and thirst-quenching. A wine to enjoy as an aperitif, to start the evening off right... or to finish it off! Freshness is a precious ally for wine lovers". (Yves Beck 2024) - The Clarendelle cuvée is well known in the 7th art with appearances in the Matrix film or more recently the successful Netflix series Emily in Paris.

Tasting & pairing

Eye

Clear and brilliant, the color is an intense, slightly golden yellow.

Nose

The first dominant aromas are typical of Sauvignon: lemon, blackcurrant buds, followed by white flowers and orange blossom brought by Muscadelle.

Mouth

Initially dominated by lemon and grapefruit notes, the flavors evolve towards fleshy white fruits such as pear and lychee. Luscious, round, pleasant and fruity. The wine is dense, fat, with a minerality that makes it thirst-quenching. The long finish reflects the wine's complexity.

About the wine:

Bright but balanced, slightly creamy with a good dose of citrus, creamy peach and apricot. Quiet, it doesn't shout much, but it's a fine example to enjoy on a warm, sunny day. Clear and clean. 2025-2028
