Château d'Haurets
Château d'Haurets is owned by the Ducourt vineyards. An ambitious and courageous winegrower, Henri Ducourt, with the help of his 3 children (Bernard, Marie-Christine and Philippe), revitalized his business to make it one of the largest winegrowing units in the Bordeaux region (440 hectares, 12 châteaux).

Château d'Haurets, a magnificent 18th-century chartreuse, is Henri Ducourt's current home. Over the years, the Ducourt spirit has always focused on expressing the terroir, using ever more innovative techniques to enhance quality. Following in the footsteps of the great Bordeaux wines, all our estates, including Château d'Haurets, have been involved in a quality approach since 1996. They are certified to ISO 9001 version 2008, a company management standard that guarantees the quality of their expertise.

For the sake of transparency, all the properties have been qualified to the Agriculture Raisonnée standard since 2004 (vineyard management that respects the environment and human safety).

"Micro-touches of muscadelle and semillon complement the sauvignon in this finely fruity wine, whose very fresh palate takes on accents of lime blossom and brioche on the finish." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020) An ideal companion for oysters and seafood...

Médaille d'Or Concours Paris

"We're here at Henri Ducourt's place of residence, 13 hectares commissioned from an 18th-century Carthusian monastery surrounded by a large rose garden of over two thousand varieties. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon have given birth to this wine, open to red fruits with a hint of oak, supple and full-bodied on the palate". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2015)
