Château La Bienveillance

The grape varieties planted and used at Château La Bienveillance are Sémillon for white wine on 1.20 hectares, Merlot, which accounts for 70% of the vineyard, and Cabernet Franc, which completes the range to create blended wines for aging.

Marine and Florent Justo, the owners of Château La Bienveillance, like to define themselves as committed winegrowers. Since purchasing the property in 2016, organic farming has been an obvious choice for them, even though certification will only take effect from the 2019 vintage. The transition to biodynamics is planned for 2020. Their motivation is deep-rooted and visceral. It is not simply a fad, but a return to true values and common sense.
