Château Moneins

Château Moneins is a small, one-hectare parcel of land cultivated by the Fédieu family, owners of Château Micalet.

The Château Moneins vineyard is planted with Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon on deep gravel. Very attached to the notion of terroir, to Médoc tradition and to the preservation of the environment, the Fédieu family manages all Château Moneins viticultural work according to the precepts of organic farming, without the use of chemical weedkillers.

Château Moneins wines are produced in the Haut-Médoc appellation, and reveal a frank, pleasant character.

The Fédieu family farms this small one-hectare parcel in the traditional Médoc way, with a sensitivity to the ecology of the terroir. Their Haut-Médoc reveals beautiful aromas of cherry and red fruit on the nose, with a clean attack on the palate, and present, pleasant tannins... A charming bottle!
