Château Fourcas Hosten

Château Fourcas Hosten is an estate located in Listrac-Médoc, nestled in the heart of a magnificent 3-hectare park. In 1810, Monsieur Hosten sold the vineyard to the de Saint-Affrique family, who, in creating Château Fourcas Hosten, gave it an international reputation. Then, in 2006, brothers Renaud and Laurent Momméja acquired the estate with the ambition of reviving this beautiful two-hundred-year-old property: "We had a real Favorite for this property and its great wine, and that's why we wanted to write a new page in our family's history with Château Fourcas Hosten ". 

With this in mind, they have launched a major renovation project: a new vat room combining three materials (concrete, wood and stainless steel vats), new cellars and extensive restructuring of the vineyard. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, the grapes are harvested in part by hand, and vinification is carried out in the finest Bordeaux tradition.

Château Fourcas Hosten wines are the pride of the Listrac-Médoc appellation.
