"Four generations of the same family have tended this 26-hectare vineyard, planted mainly with Merlot. This ripe, juicy wine is rich in tannins, barrel aromas and black fruit. Age the wine for the dry tannins to soften and drink from 2025." (Wine Enthusiast 2018) Charm and potential!

Domaine noté (guide 2020) Sélectionné (An estate or house that has won us over with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give a general opinion on the style of the entire range)
About the domain :
The Listrac winery was created in the 1930s, and its partnership with the Compagnie des Wagons-Lits until 1990 largely contributed to its reputation. Since 2017, it has joined forces with the Cave Coopérative de Cussac to create the Vignerons Associés de Moulis, Listrac et Cussac Fort Médoc. A total of 43 winegrowers belong to this group, which covers 164 hectares of vines. Châteaux Guitignan, Vieux Moulin and Capdet are among the good properties in this new association.
