Château d'Armailhac
Visit Château d'Armailhac is located in Pauillac in the Bordeaux region. Since 1933, it has been one of the estates owned by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, alongside the prestigious Château Mouton Rothschild, Premier Cru Classé de Pauillac and Château Clerc Millon.

The fifth Cru Classé in the 1855 Bordeaux wine classification, Château d'Armailhac comprises a 69-hectare vineyard adjacent to the vines of Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Pontet-Canet. Château d'Armailhac is made from a classic Médoc blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Franc, with a further 2% Petit Verdot.

This blend and the care that goes into making it combine to create a wine that is Château d'Armailhac rich and well-balanced, with soft tannins that will be enhanced by ageing.

"The most dense and powerful in the history of the cru. Yet it retains a great deal of elegance and balance thanks to a perfectly balanced acid framework. An absolute delicacy." Wine Advocate 2013 - Robert Parker) Impeccably developed nose, structured palate, firm and linear wine, a great vintage for sure. Delivery in wooden cases for orders of 6 bottles of this wine (excluding Point Relais delivery).
