Bettane & Desseauve

"Parcel-by-parcel vinification, gentle extraction, malolactic fermentation in barrel, eighteen months of barrel ageing and an admirable result, especially in such a complicated vintage. The nose is intense, with stimulating notes of toast, spice, smoke and menthol. On the palate, the wine is alert, full-bodied and rising, built on wise tannins that become velvety on the finish, leaving a sensation of perfect maturity and balance".
