The Château Canon-la-Gaffelière vineyard covers an area of 19.5 hectares in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyards. The clayey-limestone and sandy-clay soils make up a complex yet exceptional terroir. On the surface, the predominance of sand becomes more pronounced the farther you go from the foot of the hill.
Remarkably well-structured, elegant and long on the palate, Château Canon-la-Gaffelière AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is an eloquent testimony to a new production philosophy.
