"Canon-La-Gaffelière 2021 is magnificent, but it's still very closed today. I see this as a positive for its long-term prospects, but readers will have to be patient. This 2021 is super classic, bursting with floral and mineral accents. Its energy and breeding are truly remarkable. I can't wait to taste it after I've let it age in bottle. Bright saline notes prolong the long, beautifully persistent finish. This wine is really full of energy.
