Château de Sarenceau is a family estate, now in its fourth generation. This small estate of just 9 hectares enables precise, meticulous vineyard management.
The vineyards of Sarenceau Castle is located on a clay-limestone plateau to the northeast of the appellation. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is made in the great Bordeaux tradition.
Château de Sarenceau is simply the name of a locality. The estate's rare grape varieties are exclusively Merlot. Château de Sarenceau wines are produced in the Saint-Emilion appellation.

Saint-Emilion|Red wine
3.6/5 (10 reviews)
Rare enough to be highlighted, this Saint-Emilion is 100% Merlot! It has an evolved nose, with notes of truffle, plum and liquorice. The palate opens with plenty of fruit and freshness, without any harshness. The finish is greedy, with a hint of acidity that testifies to its excellent ageing potential. A very fine wine, in a sought-after vintage, which is tasting very well today! Delivery in wooden cases for orders delivered in France of 6 bottles of this wine.
