Cap Saint-George Castle
Château Cap Saint-George overlooks the terraces of Saint-Georges Saint-Émilion with a 19-hectare vineyard. Planted on clay-limestone soil, the vines belong to Jean-Pierre Janoueix, a wine professional who fell in love with the Bordeaux region. He owns several relatively unknown estates, on which he has carefully selected each of the vineyard plots. Jean-Pierre Janoueix is notably the owner of Château La Croix Saint-Georges and Château Croix-Mouton.

The vines at Château Cap Saint-Georgeare cultivated with respect for their exceptional terroir and ancestral practices. However, innovation is not neglected, as the château's teams are constantly seeking ways to improve their wine production.Château Cap Saint-George stands out for its texture on the palate, its fruitiness, and its well-integrated oak.
