Château Cap Saint-George
Château Cap Saint-George dominates the terraces of Saint-Georges Saint-Émilion with a 19-hectare vineyard. Planted on a clay-limestone terroir, the vines belong to Jean-Pierre Janoueix, a wine professional who has fallen in love with the Bordeaux terroir. He owns several rather confidential estates from which he has carefully selected each parcel of vines. Jean-Pierre Janoueix owns Château La Croix Saint-Georges and Château Croix-Mouton.

The vines at Château Cap Saint-George are cultivated with respect for their exceptional terroir and ancestral practices. Innovation is not forgotten, however, as the Château's teams are constantly seeking ways to improve the production of their wines. Château Cap Saint-George stands out for its body, fruitiness and well-integrated oak.

"Characterful bouquet, well inspired by its terroir, with chalky nuances as well as blueberry and blackberry notes, followed by tobacco leaves. Juicy character on the palate, with chalky notes. The wine is racy, lively and well supported by its acid structure and perfectly integrated tannins. What energy and precision in this wine. A great success. (Yves Beck 2020)

"Great wine with character!"

"Subtly fruity, Cap St-George's bouquet also reveals hints of tobacco and pepper. Its terroir gives it a refreshing tension with an incisive, juicy edge. What character! A wine to follow as it evolves. Beautiful tannic structure". (Yves Beck 2021) - Delivery in wooden case for orders of 6 bottles of this wine (excluding Point Relais delivery method).
