Visit Château La Rame has been owned by the Armand family for eight generations, and managed since 2009 by Angélique and Grégoire Armand. The vineyard faces due south, on clay-limestone slopes and fossilized oyster beds from the Tertiary era. The average age of the vines is 45 years. Le Château La Rame produces mainly sweet whites in the Sainte-Croix du Mont appellation, but also a dry white and two reds in the Bordeaux appellation. The reputation of Château La Rame has taken him to some of the world's finest tables, including the Nobel Peace Prize dinner.
