Didier Montchovet
Didier Montchovet created his estate in 1984 with the lease of just 0.50 ha. Today, the vineyard comprises 12.70 ha of vines divided into parcels carefully selected over the years.
From the very first year, Didier Montchovet introduced biodynamic viticulture. Biodynamic viticulture is rigorously applied, respecting the European specifications for organic agriculture and those for Demeter-labeled biodynamic viticulture.
All work at Domaine Didier Montchovet, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, is carried out with respect for the terroir and the vines. This philosophy is reflected in the quality of the wines produced. The success of Didier Montchovet wines has led the domaine to build a new winery adjacent to the house, the original space having become far too small...

This 1er Cru Aux Coucherias comes from a clay-limestone terroir, and develops a bouquet of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) and red fruits (cherry, redcurrant).
