Vignerons de Buxy
The Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was born of the desire of Côte Chalonnaise winegrowers to unite around a common project: to vinify, age and market their wines together. An adventure that began over 75 years ago.
A total of 120 family-run businesses cultivate these vineyards, carrying on the tradition of their fathers. Together, these men and women uphold values that promote quality and respect for the environment. Through the fruits of their labor, their passion for their craft and their attachment to the land, these winegrowers have succeeded in revealing their terroirs.
The cultivation and harvesting of grapes at La Cave des Vignerons de Buxy are rigorously monitored and controlled. With perfect knowledge of the land, a team of specialists, supported by modern vinification and ageing techniques, can produce authentic wines that reflect the terroirs of the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais.
Thanks to its local, national and international reputation, La Cave des Vignerons de Buxy has become an ambassador for the wines of Southern Burgundy.

Vignerons de Buxy - Givry Buissonnier 2013
3.2/5 (17 reviews)
Cuvée Buissonnier en Givry opens with a brilliant crimson color and purplish highlights, and its bouquet evokes typical Pinot Noir aromas (blackcurrant, Morello cherry), licorice, spices, and leather with age. On the palate, the tannins are present but not dominant, making this a racy wine that will go well with roast quail...
