Maison Chanzy
Historically based in Bouzeron, Maison Chanzy dates back to 1974, when production was mainly destined for the bulk market.
Maison Chanzy was given a new lease of life in 2013, when it was bought by private investors, including Olma, a specialist in luxury goods. These lovers of Burgundy wines are now pulling out all the stops to reveal wines from sometimes forgotten appellations.

Maison Chanzy is an 80-hectare estate spread over the three Côtes de la Bourgogne, with the Côte Chalonnaise dominating.
With a wealth of unique climates and plots, the domaine vinifies by parcel, with fine ageing to sublimate the expression of the terroirs.
Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot noir are revealed in appellations such as Bourgogne, Bouzeron, Mercurey, Rully, Givry and Santenay.

This estate is distinguished by its exceptional vineyard heritage, which stretches from its stronghold in Bouzeron to the Côte-de-Nuits. No fewer than 7 monopoles form part of its soul.

aligoté
intensity

"Thirty-five-year-old Aligotés vines have produced a superb pale gold wine with silver highlights. The nose, intense and fresh, evokes citrus fruit, fern and mint. The mouth, full and round, is awakened by a beautiful tonicity that pushes through to the finish. "A true Bouzeron," exclaims a delighted juror, who strongly recommends pairing with shellfish and crustaceans." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020) A white Burgundy like we love them!
