This pretty Saint Bris made from 100% Sauvignon (a Burgundian speciality) opens with a lovely fruity bouquet featuring citrus notes, grapefruit, lemon and a touch of vine peach. The palate is frank, taut and greedy, with fruity and floral notes. The finish lingers on an almost saline minerality... Great value for money!

This Chablis, in the very great 2015 vintage, is bright and flavorful. It immediately delivers a basket of exotic fruit, citrus and floral notes, all enhanced by a lively presence. On the palate, the fruit reveals itself, and the wine's fullness adds roundness. The length is energized by a fine bitterness on lemony, slightly woody notes. A wonderful discovery to pour into your glasses!
