"The perfect ally for your fish dishes!"
An exceptionally lively cuvée, with mineral notes ideal for fish dishes. On the palate, lemon aromas are supported by fine bitters (tangerine and grapefruit notes). Its great freshness makes it a highly digestible wine.

About the domain :
By dint of perseverance and hard work, Jean-Marc Brocard and his teams are proving to anyone who doubts that quantity and quality are perfectly compatible, provided they have the means to do so. On a vast vineyard estate, the team regularly produces a wide range of Yonne whites. The generics are always pure, and the climats, in a deeper style, retain a sharp identity, without the cloak of wood. Labels featuring a little ladybug distinguish the crus worked in organic farming.
