Robert Parker
"The palate of the 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is medium-bodied and elegantly balanced, the acidity is a little weak but the harmony on the finish is commendable. There's an easy-drinking quality to this Grand Cru that flows down the throat with ease." (Wine Advocate 2015 - Robert Parker)

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (2020 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
Chablis' leading producer always delivers a faithful interpretation of the appellation, thanks to the precise, meticulous work of oenologist Vincent Bartement. As always, the wines are presented with a vintage gap, this year 2016, a complicated vintage but one in which Mont-de-Milieu fares very well. Other terroirs that are usually successful at the winery are tasting a little less well, so let's wait for the 2017s!
Guide Hachette des vins
Domaine noté (guide 2020) Award-winning wines (The wines of this producer are regularly awarded by the guide)
About the domain :
La Chablisienne, a cooperative winery founded in 1923, brings together almost 300 winegrowers and represents a quarter of the Chablis vineyards. In 2013, La Chablisienne celebrated its 90th anniversary. A modern, high-performance structure that makes a major contribution to the appellation's reputation. The Grenouilles Grand Cru is one of its flagship wines.

Domaine noté (guide 2020) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
The largest producer in Chablis is one of France's top cooperatives, as adept at sales as it is at winemaking. Among the many cuvées produced, it is necessary to know how to sort out the best, but all the wines benefit today from perfect technical mastery in pressing and ageing on lees. The great specialties are the Chablis Vieilles Vignes, with its great consistency, and the heavy-bottled Premier Crus, which rival the best produced by private cellars, not forgetting the famous Grand Cru Château Grenouilles, which should not be drunk too young! The entry-level wines have made good progress, losing their characteristic notes of reduction. La Chablisienne is in fine form!
