Isabelle and Denis Pommier
Installed in 1990, Isabelle and Denis Pommier took over 2 ha of vines from the family estate, which until then had not vinified its own grapes. In 1994, the couple brought out their first cuvée and bottled it, which won awards from the 1st vintage! In 2009, the domaine Isabelle and Denis Pommier is committed to organic farming and has been certified since the 2014 vintage.

Today, Isabelle and Denis Pommier 's domaine includes parcels producing Petit Chablis to 1er Cru (Fourchaume, Troesme, Côte de Léchet and Beauroy), as well as white and red Burgundy. The vines are planted on Kimmeridgian soil, layers of very compact limestone and soft clayey marl that contain fossilized marine organisms.

"A partner in good times!

Notes of cherries and dark berries mixed with hints of cigar and tobacco on the nose of this Pinot Noir "Grain de Survie" 2022. Charming and well-concentrated, the palate has good notes of red fruit, with good precision and fine, light tannins, for a long finish. Drink young, with a good hot sausage...

"An explosive Pinot with delightful red fruit aromas".

"As a wine merchant, this Chablis winemaker happily switches from Chardonnay to Pinot Noir. Already, the label is sublime. But that's not all. This cuvée, aged in barrels for 16 months, stands out for its highly aromatic nose of red fruits, followed by an ample, persistent palate, both fresh and warm, with a simply perfect balance". "As a premier cru, Troesmes 2021 is dense and compact, like a string of small pebbles on the palate. Still in its gangue, it remains restrained". (Le Guide RVF 2024). This fine Chablis 1er Cru Troesmes 2021 is a delight. Powerful and aromatic on the palate, but with great complexity and elegance, it's a pure delight. Full-bodied and rich, this cuvée is irresistible!
