\n \nThe route des Grands Crus de Gevrey-Chambertin is located on the long slope from Gevrey-Chambertin to Morey-Saint-Denis, between the combe de Lavaux and the combe de Morey. This long slope rests on hard rock: a few tens of centimeters of brown earth, derived from silt and gravelly scree on the upper part, limestone with variable clay content on the slope. The Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru vineyard, limited to 29 hectares, is planted between 240 and 280 meters above sea level, facing east, and produces just 150,000 bottles a year. \n \n Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru wines are red wines made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. Red, their color is lively, from dark ruby to black cherry. On the palate, power, opulence and elegance combine to create a full, complex body, full of sap and voluptuous flesh, destined to age for at least 10 years. While these sumptuous grands crus share a family spirit, there are nuances that set them apart. The excellence of the Charmes-Chambertin terroir is perfectly represented by estates such as Domaine Chanson Père et Fils, Domaine Philippe Charlopin-Parizot and Domaine René Bouvier.","Charmes-Chambertin | Buy wine directly from Burgundy","4/5","See the 4 reviews","More information on the ","Buy the best Charmes-Chambertin wines in private sale!","Rated site","19678 notices","20€","Free on your 1st order*.","Access to sales!","Discover our selection of the best producers of Charmes-Chambertin wines.","See all estates","Our latest sales of Charmes-Chambertin wines","|","Red wine","pinot noir","deep","pulpy","grand cru","pretty bottle","\"Dense, full-bodied, with abundant, perfectly ripe tannins.\r\nripe.
