The Domaine René Bouvier vineyard has been organically farmed since 2013: tillage, disbudding, green harvesting, manual harvesting and sorting are all part of the estate's daily routine. In 2006, Domaine René Bouvier acquired new, functional and modern buildings, designed with hygiene and harmony in mind. The care taken in vinification and ageing places Domaine René Bouvier wines among Burgundy's finest. They can be found in some of France's finest Michelin-starred establishments, as well as on the finest tables of restaurants abroad.

The beautiful ripeness of the grapes is reflected in the range of ripe fruits (black fruits, blueberries), which combine with spicy notes (white pepper). The long finish is quite fresh. An explosion of flavors in the glass!
