An original pet' nat' for the region, not to be missed. 100% Aligoté, 100% pleasure and no added sulfur! A new companion for the aperitif, full of fruity freshness. At mouth, a frank attack continues with aromas of white fruit, the finish blends and minerality in a subtle balance between acidity and sweetness (6 g/l).
