Maison Louis Bouillot is the owner of a vast winegrowing estate in northern and southern Burgundy, with over 140 years of expertise. The vines, mainly planted with Pinot Noir, cover five vineyards in Burgundy: the Auxerrois, with the Domaine des Nantelles, the Châtillonais and its Molesme vineyard, the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune and the Couchois to the south.

The collection of Grands Crémants de Bourgogne from Maison Louis Bouillot illustrates all the richness of Burgundy's grape varieties and terroirs.
